Virtual Business Support does not accept responsibility nor is liable for lost, stolen, damaged or the late delivery of a document in which a customer receives work, data, information, disks, CDs and/or any other materials while on route via mail, fax, email, Royal Mail, or any other type of dispatch, courier or shipping service.
Some materials (whether in print or electronic form) may be Copyright protected. The sender of the materials will accept full responsibility for any and all of the data, text, graphics, photographs, images in electronic, computerized, fax, photocopy, original print, film and/or audio form which they send to Virtual Business Support. By sending Virtual Business Support any and all material, the sender certifies that they have obtained any and all required permissions, licenses and releases from proper parties for copyrighted materials and holds Virtual Business Support harmless against any legal action.
Where the work is project based, a payment of 40% of the total project (minimum of £100 must be paid in advance in order to initiate processing of the project unless otherwise specified in writing by Virtual Business Support.
All fees and pricing are in Pounds Sterling. Payments may be made by cash, cheque or bank draft. Credit cards cannot be accepted at this time. There will be a £20 service charge on each occurrence that a cheque is returned.
